These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and SK95 Engineering AB ("SK95", "we", "us"), a company registered in Sweden, governing your use of the Heed app ("Heed", "the app"). By downloading or using Heed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Heed is distributed through the Apple App Store and is also subject to Apple's terms (see "Apple App Store" below).

1. Eligibility

Heed is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. By using Heed you confirm you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, if higher), or that a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Heed on any Apple-branded device you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and the Usage Rules in Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app.

3. Subscriptions, purchases, and billing

Heed offers a free tier and optional paid access ("Premium") — as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time purchase ("Lifetime").

Prices, plans, and premium features may change over time.

4. Wellness disclaimer — please read

Heed is an attention-training app provided for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Heed is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, including any attention-, focus-, or concentration-related disorder.

Heed is not a substitute for professional care. Do not use it in place of advice or treatment from a qualified health professional, and consult one before making decisions about your health. Do not use Heed while driving or in any situation that requires your full attention, and stop if you feel unwell. Your use of Heed is at your own discretion and risk.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except as permitted by law; interfere with or disrupt the app or its security; use the app for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
