By using PetWord ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and SK95 Engineering AB ("Developer"), not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. This Agreement may not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

License

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

What the App does

PetWord uses AI to generate fictional thoughts for your pet based on camera images. The thoughts are creative entertainment and do not represent what your pet is actually thinking. We make no claims of accuracy in animal behavior interpretation.

Account

You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits is prohibited.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Credits and purchases

The App uses a credit system. One credit is consumed each time you generate a thought.

• Free credits — new users receive a limited number of free credits on sign-up. Free credits are granted once per Apple ID.
• Credit packs — additional credits can be purchased via in-app purchase. Purchased credits never expire.
• Subscriptions — a monthly subscription grants a fixed number of credits each month. Subscription credits reset each month — unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

If a thought cannot be generated for any technical reason (network error, server issue, or failed AI request), your credit is automatically restored. Credits are not restored for results you are unsatisfied with, as each generation incurs processing costs regardless of the output quality.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
